Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia does not place every record in one database. Randolph County sheriff records document agency events and bookings, the Superior Court clerk preserves filed charges and dispositions, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation runs the statewide repository. State-prison and registry questions belong to separate Georgia systems. This resource brings the verified contacts, limits, fees when published, and request routes together while making those boundaries clear.
What You Will Find Here
- Record guides: how criminal court files are found and read in Randolph County
- Official check routes: how GBI name searches and GAPS fingerprint checks differ
- Agency contacts: where to reach the sheriff, clerk, jail, and statewide record systems
- Record remedies: where Georgia record restriction and court sealing begin
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, sheriff, police department, or state agency. Its limits are firm:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file expungement petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing sheriff, court, or Georgia Bureau of Investigation can supply its official record. We can identify the custodian, but the agency must issue the document.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services and set their own prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the charge, control the result, or turn that result into an official Randolph County record.
